Answer smart to common interview questions

It would be great if you really knew what a recruiter would be asking you in your interview but unfortunately we can’t read minds. So, I would like to give you few common questions and answers( though we don’t expect nonspontaneous answers) it is just to make yourself cozy with what you might be asked or what a recruiter really looking for in your response.

1.Tell me about yourself.

The question might seem to be very plain, so people don’t give much priority to prepare for this particular one. The recruiter will not be obsessed to look into your whole history. It’s probably the first best chance to give a impact about yourself so start with your present position and turn into the past and finally finish with your future – why you really want this job.

2. What is your weakness?

Your recruiter isn’t looking to ‘what you answer’  it’s about  HOW YOU ANSWER. It is obvious that nobody will want to admit their weakness but a perfect candidate can take that weakness and turn it as strength even while dealing to overthrown with that weakness. If you would like to analyse your weakness think about the troubles you’ve been through in your past and check out them. You’ve got your answer now. Have you take steps to overcome those?

3. What do you know about the company?

If you fail to have a satisfying answer to this question it would certainly pave way for assumption like you are not excited in the job. Because if you were really involved, you would know enough about the company to answer this question. Researching the employer is a smart thing to do before interview. This will also help you avoid bad employers and also have your questions ready when you are asked ”Do you have any question for us?”

Finally, the best way to succeed in an interview is to be the best possible portrayal of you. Never ever try to be a version for someone else.  Speak for your experiences genuinely and be upcoming about what you know and don’t know. No human is 100% perfect and make sure you show that you are human.
