VLC gets iOS 7 Update

VideoLAN today updated VLC for iOS with a slew of improvements, including a new design for iOS 7 as well as Google Drive and Dropbox features. You can download the new version now from Apple’s App Store.
The main highlights from the full changelog are as follows:
- New UI for iOS 7.
- New multi-touch gestures.
- Google Drive integration and streaming from Dropbox.
- Improved UPnP support including the ability to download files.
- A start-up tutorial.
- Re-written WiFi Upload.
- Support for more streaming formats and protocols.
- Improved decoders, adding support for HEVC / H.265 and VP9.
- Improved library handling, especially for TV shows.
- Improved privacy when using Passcode Lock.
VLC for iOS comes in at 24.6MB and can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
